How do I get to Artcadia?

Does Artcadia suit all ages?
There is something for everyone at Artcadia. There is no minimum age for the exhibition, activities or workshops, however we do recommend our workshops for participants aged 10 and over.
Can I just walk in?
You are welcome to drop in any time during our opening hours, but we recommend booking to avoid long wait times or disappointment if the venue is full. Please note that workshop bookings must be made in advance to secure your spot.
Do I need to be double vaccinated against COVID-19 to visit Artcadia?
We comply with all Australian and State government requirements, including the requirement from 17 December 2021 to show proof of vaccination as a means of entry to our venue. We do not offer refunds for guests who are unable to show proof of their full vaccination status.
What if I need to change my booking time?
For exhibition entry: you may cancel or reschedule your purchase at any time up to 24 hours prior to your session start time. Follow the link in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule your booking. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution. We do not offer refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of your session start time. You may wish to consider transferring your booking to a friend or family member instead.
For workshops: you may cancel or reschedule your purchase at any time up to 7 days prior to your session start time. Follow the link in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule your booking. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution. We do not offer refunds for cancellations within 7 days of your session start time. You may wish to consider transferring your booking to a friend or family member instead.
I missed my booking, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we cannot refund bookings that have been forgotten or missed because we have reserved the space for you at that booking. Please ensure you change or cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of your booking.
Can I book a private workshop party?
You sure can. Contact us to enquire about hosting a private workshop party at Artcadia.
Do you accept cash?
Yes we accept both cash and credit card.
Is Artcadia accessible for people with disabilities?
Our venue is accessible and on the ground floor. There are some art installations that have uneven and rocky ground, but we have reserved some parts of those exhibitions for wheelchairs and prams.
Do you offer group discounts?
We do not offer group discounts.
Do you accept Companion Cards?
Yes, book online for everyone in your group except for the Companion Card holder. The Companion Card holder can simply present their Companion Card on arrival.
